Need to make a change? Here's what you can do on your own — and when to reach out to us.
Got a typo in your shipping address? Need to cancel? You can make self-service edits directly from your order confirmation email — but you'll need to act fast. The 60-minute window starts the moment your order is placed.
A few things to keep in mind:
• Need to swap an item, size, or color? You'll need to cancel your order and reorder — the self-service tool handles address changes and cancellations only.
• Orders containing mattresses or Angie Assembly Services aren't eligible for self-service edits. Contact us right away (see below).
All other change & cancellation requests
For anything outside the 60-minute window — or for orders with mattresses, Angie Assembly Services, or item changes — please email us as soon as possible:
We're available Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 9:00 pm EST and will do our best to help. Because we process and ship orders quickly, we can't always guarantee changes — so the sooner you reach out, the better.
Good to know:
• Orders that are already being picked, processed, or shipped cannot be changed or canceled.
• Flash sale orders and orders that have shipped are not eligible for price matching.
• If your order is already in transit, address changes may come with an administrative or rerouting fee.
